On June 14, 2025, the "Industrial Field Smart Management and Control Platform Based on Low-Code Development Technology" (referred to as the "M-Link Platform"), developed independently by Hilong Petroleum Group (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd., successfully passed a scientific and technological achievement evaluation organized by the China Association for Promoting Non-Governmental Science and Technology (CAPNST) at the China Hall of Science and Technology. Evaluation experts unanimously concluded that the achievement has met internationally advanced standards in low-code development technology for the oil and gas industry, delivering significant economic and social benefits and offering broad application potential. They also expressed strong support for its further promotion and application.

The M-Link Platform has overcome ten (10) key technologies, including cross-engine hybrid development for 3D models and knowledge graph-based automated testing. It has introduced several innovations, such as a low-code development framework tailored for oil and gas industrial component models based on functional definitions, an automatic generation technology for oil and gas industrial systems utilizing component and logic libraries, and an intelligent inspection model that integrates multi-modal real-time data fusion guided by spatial 3D positioning. To date, the platform has secured 110 authorized intellectual property rights. It promotes low-code development for industrial software systems and smart hardware products, significantly boosting development efficiency, reducing costs, and accelerating the accumulation of core technologies.

The evaluation meeting was held in strict compliance with relevant regulations, including the "Guiding Opinions on Improving the Evaluation Mechanism for sci-tech Achievements" and the "Measures for Scientific and Technological Evaluation." It follows established standards and procedures for evaluating scientific and technological achievement, maintaining the principles of science, independence, objectivity, and impartiality. The Evaluation Expert Committee comprised industry experts from relevant departments under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Sinopec Energy Management Co., Ltd., China Electronics Systems Engineering Corp. China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, State Grid  Integrated Energy Service Group Co., Ltd., China Electric Power Research Institute, iSoftStone Information Technology Co., Ltd., Naval Armament Research Institute, and the Software Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
